Waste treatment unit

Our system is build up with standard modules, so we are not depended of how many inhabitants the unit will serve.
Our basic unit is for a capacity of 6 Ton I Hour. If the demand is for bigger capacity, we can add the necessary modules to the basic unit to reach the requested capacity.

If the community have some special industry, which uses the community's refuse dump, it is possible for us to add with modules, so we can cover the special needs
from the factory. (For ex. Slaughterhouse and their special problem with offal's).

Our system fulfils the EC demands about recycling and waste treatment.
The sorting unit is semiautomatic and we can sort the trash in 7 different fractions, if the demand is for more fractions, we can easily add one more module and raise the capacity to 14 different fractions.
The module is equipped with High- Tec. Ventilation and filter system so workers have no problems with unpleasant nasty smell and the air is germ-free.

Combustion pellets
We have also modules for production of combustion pellets from combustible trash. These pellets are very energy-rich, 4,7 MVH I tonne, they odourless and easy to store. The pellets are a profitable energy complement there they use solid fuel in their central heating system.

Incinerator unit
The system have also an incinerator unit witch can incinerate hazardous waste.
